Living the Lake life

Welcome to CozyCheck! My name is Jennifer and Lake Anna has been a treasured part of my family’s life since 2001 and became our home in 2013. We moved here from Annapolis, MD, to be closer to my parents, and it has been a blessing to raise our four boys in rural Virginia. There’s something special about lake life – fun on the water, the stunning sunsets, but, most of all, connecting with friends and family. Here, neighbors look out for one another and there is an incredible sense of community. Several neighbors have entrusted us with their homes, and we quickly saw the need for dependable, local support; especially with the boom of vacation homes since 2020! That’s how CozyCheck was born – a service built on trust, care, and the heart of this amazing lakeside community!

CozyCheck is a family endeavor. My husband is a Property Manager at LKA and in Richmond and our children care for many lawns in our neighborhood. We love living here full-time, which gives us the opportunity to support homeowners who need a trusted ally. We know how much time and effort it takes to create a fun and enjoyable space.
